Event Postcards to 5 local pre-schools and daycares.
Required: Work a 2-Hour
breakdown shift on September 25th, 9:00am-11:00am or 11:00am-1:00pm.
Privilege: Earn a 12
Hour volunteer pass. Shop 5:00pm September 17th
You must make a list
of the locations, along with the directors name of those who are giving you
permission to distribute our fliers and send to Kelly for approval to avoid
duplication. We'd prefer these fliers to go home with the kids in their book
bags!

Tot Trade Meals
If you are a good
cook and would like to prepare meals for us during the sale period, or if
you would like to provide food for us from a restaurant you would be a
heaven-send! Many hours and days are spent at the sale and sometimes it is
hard to even send out for food. Supply one hot meal, lunch or dinner. Choose your day and the meal you will
be preparing. (Must be enough to feed 8.) We will need meals for 10
days. Consider meals that will feed a large crowd. Sign up
early, these fill up FAST!

Tot Trade Barter Mama
Perhaps you have a
degree in graphic or web design. Perhaps you have a special skill or talent
that you think would be beneficial to Tot Trade. Or perhaps you or your
husband owns a business that we could "barter" a service or product. We are
"open" to anything. Ever heard the term "you scratch my back, I'll scratch
yours"? If you think we could make a "barter", let me know! We are all here
to help one another!

Tot Trade Goody Bag
Assembly
If you would like to help with the assembly of the "Goody Bags" I will need
20 volunteers! This season, assembly of the
goody bags will be at Jamil.
Stuffing the "Goody
Bags" is lots of fun, great for expectant mommies as it is a sitting job!
Goody Bag assembly will
be September 15th, 9:00am - 1:00pm

to get signed up, this job will go fast!
Privilege:
This shift is good for a
4-hour pass. And an additional pass if Robyn needs more help. You could
earn up to an 8-Hour pass with this option.

Would
you like to be a sales rep for Tot Trade? We are looking for a few good
mommy's who have connections in the business community to put out the
word about Tot Trade and the service we provide. Earn some
great incentives and opportunities with this position. Must be sales driven,
energetic, motivated, and love Tot Trade and what it is all about! There
are only 5 spaces available for this season's sale.

Tot Trade Data
Entry/Bar Code Scanner
We are looking for a few volunteers with 10-key and scanning experience to
aid in our data entry. As you can imagine there are thousands of tags
that must be accounted for at the close of each sale. We require a great
team to compile the results of each consignor.
You will be
contacted and interviewed.
Privilege: Once
you're interviewed and accepted your incentive will be discussed.
