You will
need the following to print your tags from your computer:

8 1/2 x 11 card stock (you
can purchase this at Wal-mart or any area office supply store)

Adobe Acrobat Reader
Installed on your Computer (If you do not have Adobe,

to download for FREE)

A printer hooked-up to your
computer
-
One
inch or larger Safety Pins - nothing smaller they pop and tags will come
off easily
-
Download the Tot Trade Tag
Template (Make sure to note where the file is saving on your computer)

You may also print the tag template and handwrite
your information
Open the
Tag Template

Click on the line above the
words "Consignor Number" (type in your consignor id #) Your Consignor
Number should appear on all 4 tags.

Hit "TAB" to advance to the
next blank until you arrive at the "Size" blank on the top left tag.
Fill in the size of your item, then hit "TAB" to advance to the "Brand
Name", etc. etc.

VERY IMPORTANT If you want to DONATE
your item if it does not sell during the sale, click in the box next to
the word donate. An "X" will appear which indicated it is your wish
that the item be donated at the end of the event. If you
do not want your item to be donated,
leave this option blank.

If you
DO NOT want your item to be
DISCOUNTED during the sale, make sure to
put an ND (NO DISCOUNT)
in the blank
at the bottom right.

To print the next four tags,
just replace your previous text, with the new tagging information once you
have printed the original four tags. Repeat this process until
you have all of your items tagged.
